WHAT DO I NEED TO ATTEND PHYSICALLY TO PASS THE COURSE? 

Depending on the course you choose, you’ll need to book your practical assessment day through the Learner Support team during which you’ll hand in your portfolios, sit your theory assessments and perform your practical assessments. You need to bring a client with you for the practical assessments. On an assessment day, you will be called up to perform your assessment with the client you bring.

WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES? 

No prior education is required before starting one of our personal training courses – everything you need to know will be covered within the course material.

A basic level of English and maths will be necessary to understand the content. Relevant personal experience of the subject is helpful. For example, prior participation in gym sessions will be helpful if you are enrolling in this course.

WHAT SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE? 

Learner Support Team – As well as the support you receive from your tutor, you’ll also have access to our Learner Support team, dedicated to assisting you with study questions and queries. The team are generally available via WhatsApp, email and through the 

Help center on your online course portal. The team will provide assistance within 2 hours after query submission.

Tutor Support – You can also request tutor support through the learner support team at any time. The support representative will book you in with your respective tutor and they will assist you with any queries you might have.
